John and Susan Utley are the lead pastors of Radiant Life. They both orginate from Arkansas.  Their ministry has taken them to Israel, Mexico, Ecuador, Japan, Chile, Venzuela, Honduras.  They have ministered in person or via the Internet (Radiant Word)  to people in over 35 states and every continent.   John earned his degree in Church Ministries from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.  He has served churches in Arkansas and Indiana.  John loves writing and recently published his first book, "When God Says Nothing". He has written several articles printed in national and regional publications;  he has ministered on radio and television.    John and Susan recently celebrated their 25th Wedding anniversary and have been in ministry together since 1985. John serves on the board of the Northern Indiana Teen Challenge Center. He has led fifteen overseas short term missions teams. Radiant Life was launched from a geniune desire to see people come to Christ and reach their fullest potential in Him. 

Susan earned her Master's Degree from the University of Central Arkansas.  She now serves as Chair of the FACS department at Concord High School and as an adjunct professor of Early Childhood Education for Ivy Tech Community College, South Bend, IN.  She has traveled overseas on education grants with Toyota and in ministry.  John and Susan's daughter, Joanna, recently married Bobby Fredere and they serve on staff at Calvary Church in Irving, Texas. Their two boys, Jonathan and Joshua keep John & Susan busy at home.  They reside in Osceola, Indiana.

Bob and Linda White

Serve as Senior Associate Pastor of Radiant Life. Graduating from Central Bible College in 1981 with a B.A. degree in music, Bob has served as a Music Minister for the past 26 years. He has served in churches in Tennessee, Michigan and Indiana. He has directed and given leadership and oversight to Choirs, Orchestra's , and ensembles of all ages. Bob has served as a worship leader, leading much of the time from the piano/keyboard along with instrumentalist and singers. A composer and arranger, Bob has written many pieces used in both Choral and Congregational worship. Leading people into the presence of the Lord and watching other musicians develop their gifts in ministry has been one of his greatest joys.

Linda, wife, mother and school teacher has been involved in various areas of ministry through out their lives. Serving in capacties involving women and children has been the major involvement of her time, along with assistance at major Musical events involving everything from organizational assistance to filling whatever need existed at the moment. Receiving her undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan and her graduate degree from Indiana University, Linda has taught elementary age children in Michigan and Indiana for over 22 years.

Bob & Linda have two children, Lindsey (Nate) and Michael. They currently live in Middlebury, Indiana.

Matthew and Jennifer Sautter

Matt and Jennifer serve as Youth Pastors at Radiant Life. Matt grew up in Indiana, while he graduated from Penn High School.  He attended Indiana University of South Bend until he accepted a position working for State Farm Insurance.  He currently works there as a fully licensed representative to sell insurance.

Matt and his wife Jen were married in 2007 and have no children…yet.  However, they care for a Golden Lab puppy named Hendrix, who requires much attention and patience. 

Matt and Jen began their ministry as youth leaders at Calvary Temple.  For the last 3 years they have led worship for the youth, as well as, organized small groups and events ranging from outreaches to sports events.  It has been their joy to develop students to discover their gifts.   

They live in Mishawaka, Indiana.

Janell Snodgrass

Janell serves as Children's Pastor at Radiant Life. Janell grew up in Elkhart, Indiana. She was saved at the age of five, filled with the Holy Spirit at the age of 14, and called into ministry at the age of 16.   After her calling in ministry, she began to preach in her local church and in the Elkhart area.  After graduating from High School she attended Central Bible College where she graduated with a B.A. in Bible in 1997.  She was also licensed with the Assemblies of God in 1997.  Over the last 12 years she has served as a children’s/youth pastor in Indiana and Wisconsin. Currently she is working in the local schools as a substitute teacher. 

Radiant Life has dozens of ministers not listed here. People who have heeded God's call, said, "Yes" to God and serve God faithfully in ministry. We believe everyone is called to something so our goal is to equip men and women, boys and girls for significant ministry. Some have credentials with Radiant Life, and others do not...but all seek to minister God's love to the world.
